ABOUT: Hello and welcome to soul sessions. I’m so glad to have you here. My name is Élysée K. Mani and I am a qualified life coach and registered counsellor.  As a counsellor, I use a holistic health approach where I create a safe space for you to heal and evolve mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I will guide you on your journey of cultivating a healthy and fulfilling relationship with God, yourself, and others. During our work together, you can expect to enhance your self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. What I love the most about the work we do together is the opportunity I get to have a front-row seat at witnessing my kingdom family positively transform their lives. The fulfilment and excitement I share with clients as their confidence grows and they courageously begin to live everyday with more intention is immensely rewarding. My areas of expertise are: Individual and Couples counselling, Enhancing Self-love, Self- care, & Self- awareness (women only), and purpose alignment. Life coaching, is a goal oriented process intended to help people achieve their aspirations through acquiring new skills or confidence. Counselling is a process of self-understanding and change to release us from negative thought and behaviour patterns. Here at soulful coaching and counselling we specialise in using a holistic approach that brings together the most effective elements of holistic counselling therapies, coaching methodologies to deliver services that can be individually tailored to your needs. Based in Brisbane, Australia, soulful Coaching & Counselling offers one-on-one appointments for life coaching, relationship counselling & holistic counselling.

MEET ÉLYSÉE: she’s an Australian bestselling author, writer, poet, philosopher, philanthropist, and counsellor. She is the founder and CEO of soulful coaching and counselling. She finds fulfilment in encouraging and empowering others to strive for self-betterment and emotional enrichment through life coaching and counselling services. She draws her expertise of counsel from years of lived experiences as well as gained qualifications in the studies of health and wellness and counselling. She has accumulated knowledge to help her clients through their healing and becoming journey. Her professional core values are: respect, integrity, safety, empowerment, and compassion. She stands for and promotes: identity, purpose, healing, self-betterment, and becoming. Élysée uses her biblical and educational wisdom, along with life experiences to encourage and inspire the individuals she works with to transform their life from inside out so that they can heal, find clarity, grow confidence, and flourish emotionally all while becoming their best self.  She has studied with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. She is also a member of the Australian Counselling Association.  Élysée also has a strong understanding of abusive backgrounds and she has worked in advocacy roles for survivors of domestic violence. As a skilled coach, counsellor and mediator, Élysée has helped many people resolve issues in their personal lives and work lives to find a fulfilling pathway forward. Élysée’s passion is understanding people, and helping people find new pathways to reach their potential.

My services are confidential, flexible with your schedule, and tailored specifically towards your needs. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential environment where you are heard, and your concerns and experiences are respected. I will provide the room for you to share and explore your thoughts and feelings, unravel old patterns that are no longer working for you or may be holding you back, grow a deep sense of self-awareness and self-connection, become more aligned with your true nature and purpose, identify, and build on your strengths and develop skills and strategies to help you to flourish in life. Whether it’s for your work or personal life, coaching and counselling can empower you to make better decisions, more clearly recognise your skills and dreams, refocus and set your life goals, and move past challenges that may be holding you back.  I am dedicated to use my clinical social work skills as well as, my natural gifts and abilities to guide you through your journey of becoming a healed and flourishing individual.  Below are the detailed services I offer: 

1. Purpose alignment session: Ever find yourself questioning what you were created on this Earth to do? If so, a life purpose session will be for YOU! During a 45- min phone session, you will learn how to identify your gifts, over 10 ways to hear from God regarding what your purpose is, and 3 initial steps you can take to actively begin living in your purpose today all while using your natural talents and abilities. Cost: $100/hr.
2. Individual counselling session: Are you desiring personalized, 1-1 attention? Do you feel like people, places, and things have been hindering you from becoming your BEST SELF? Perhaps, you are like many others who are just ready for a complete transformation? Let's dive in deep! Élysée uses her counselling expertise and healing gifts to help you remove barriers, break off generational curses, restore faith, and rebuild your confidence to master all significant areas of your life such as, love, health, and career. How it works? A free consultation to assess your needs and goals takes place before your first session. Once you book your session, I will email you to schedule a free consultation. Once your consultation is complete, you will begin your healing journey!! Your payment will go towards your first counselling session. Flexible counselling and long-term options are available. Cost: $150/hr.
3. Relationship Coaching/ Marriage Counselling session: Are you experiencing turbulence in your marriage? Or perhaps would you describe your relationship as ‘trouble in paradise’? then this session is for you. this session is specially tailored to dissect your relationship/ marriage so that as a couple you can reach a place of harmony and fulfilment in your relationship. We will dive in deep and really get vulnerable and discuss everything with heart and courage while reaching the best outcome together for your relationship. I will provide you with a safe, supportive and confidential environment where you can explore your differences and understand your relationship dynamics. You will be provided with equal time and attention to share your side of the story, explore how external factors may be affecting your relationship, realise what you want from your relationship and from each other, discover why arguments escalate and learn constructive and healthier ways to communicate. Cost: $250/hr.
4. Self-love, self-care, self-awareness (feminine coaching for women only): Being a woman is a gift, but it is also one of the most daring role to gracefully manoeuvre and I’m here to help remind you that you matter and you are appreciated. In this session you will regain your confidence back and embody empowerment while thriving in your feminine energy. Consider me your best friend and hype woman here to root for your development all the way! Let’s smash your goals and discuss your dreams and let’s work together to help you level up darling. Cost: $150/hr
5. Soul Sessions 1:1: Want to talk to me about absolutely anything? This 60 minutes soul searching session with Élysée will help you transform into your best self. This session is personalised and tailored to meet your needs. Invest in yourself because you are worth it. Consider me your coach, consultant, and counsellor all wrapped up in one. I'm here to empower you to transform your life from inside out so that you can heal, find clarity, grow confidence, and flourish emotionally all while becoming the best version of yourself. Cost: $200/hr.
6. Individual Coaching: Need help with your mental health or wellness? I can help you deal with specific issues such as conflict, grief, or anger. I’m equipped to teach you specific skills related to managing stress and anger or improving communication. I’m here to help you find balance in your life and create plans to reach personal goals. As your coach I’m committed to the betterment of your mental health while helping you build your confidence and help you find a sense of purpose. I can also provide you with direction if you are looking for motivation and tips when it comes to health-related issues like losing weight, nutrition, and fitness. I’m dedicated to your health and wellness journey as I’m committed to help you set realistic plans for dealing with overeating, poor nutrition, compulsive dieting, and other related issues. I can’t wait to meet you to discuss your personal and wellness needs. Cost: $150/hr.
7. Spiritual Coaching: As a spiritual coach I can help you find enlightenment and a deeper meaning sense of life through spiritual guidance. I’m eager to spiritually help you find practical ways to incorporate change in specific areas of your life through spiritual mentoring. If you are seeking to explore a higher divine power and to access the secrets of the spiritual realm concerning your life, I can help you build you a spiritual stamina. I will also teach you meditation techniques, mediation, and prayer, as well as other resources to help you draw closer to God as you learn to seek Him. As your spiritual coach I will use the skills of professional coaching coupled with my expertise of philosophy and theology to enable you to meet change, create new awareness, and move into action, while keeping in mind the bigger picture of humanity reflected in biblical views. Cost $100/hr.
